Right Upper Wall (CNC Machined)

This machined wall component is a structural part machined from solid material, providing accurate interfaces and high rigidity for assemblies where castings are not suitable. 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling with programmed probing ensures feature positions are held part after part. Thin-wall deformation is controlled by optimized clamping and tool paths. Aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel, alloy steel and titanium are machined routinely; material certificates are available. General tolerance is +/-0.02 mm, and critical features to +/-0.005 mm. CMM reports, surface roughness and thread gauging are provided for first articles and batches. Anodizing (clear/black/hard), nickel plating, black oxide and painting are completed by certified partners and re-inspected on arrival.
