TR Manufacturing CNC machines custom stainless steel cam Disc for industrial equipment, medical devices, food machinery and laboratory instruments. 304 and 316 stainless steel are standard; 316L is recommended for corrosive or washdown environments. Material certificates are provided with each batch. Turned, milled and ground surfaces are finished as specified: satin brushed, mirror polished or bead-blasted. Consistent finish across batches keeps your product looking uniform. Handle arms, bosses and threads are machined to tight tolerance; assemblies with bent tube and machined ends are TIG welded and polished to seamless appearance. Key dimensions are 100% or sampling inspected with reports. Passivation is available to maximize corrosion resistance.
