Turbine Housing

TR Manufacturing produces custom aluminum turbine housings and volutes by die casting and gravity casting for blowers, turbochargers, small turbines and exhaust-driven units. Die casting gives smooth internal passages and fine surface finish for airflow efficiency; gravity casting (sand or permanent mold) suits larger or lower-volume housings. We select the process by your size, quantity and pressure requirements. Center bores, v-band grooves, flange faces and mounting holes are CNC machined to guarantee concentricity and leak-tight joints with the mating parts. Housings are pressure/leak tested as specified, and critical castings go through X-ray inspection for internal porosity when required. ADC12 aluminum alloys are standard; for higher exhaust temperatures we advise heat-resistant grades and appropriate post-casting heat treatment (T6).
