TR Manufacturing produces custom turning parts: shafts, pins, bushings, spacers, fittings and nozzles, from 1 mm to 300 mm diameter, in prototype and production volumes. CNC lathes with live tooling complete turning, milling, drilling and threading in one setup, reducing tolerance stack-up and cost. Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless 303/304/316, brass, copper and aluminum are stocked; free-machining grades keep prices competitive. Diameter tolerance to +/-0.01 mm and surface finish to Ra0.8. Knurling, grooving and special profiles per drawing; zinc plating, anodizing, black oxide and passivation available.
