A switch panel like this is a two-part plastic assembly: a transparent PC lens on top and a PC base underneath, joined purely by snap fits with no metal parts. TR Manufacturing molds both parts and assembles complete panels in-house. The lens is molded in optical-grade PC using a high-polish mold for clear, scratch-resistant surfaces; the base is molded in PC with the button geometry, locating posts and snap-fit clips built in. Assembly is by snap fitting only - no screws, no adhesive. The clips are sized so the lens clicks on with even retention around the edge and can be verified by pull-off testing. Finished panels are checked for button force and click feel, lens clarity, and snap retention; samples are submitted for approval before mass production.
