Chassis cabinets house control electronics and mechanical drives, so rigidity and accurate fit matter as much as appearance. TR Manufacturing fabricates sheet metal chassis cabinets for industrial controllers and automation equipment. Panels are CNC punched for mounting holes, connector cutouts and ventilation slots, then bent on press brakes to hold consistent angles and squareness. Threaded holes are drilled and tapped in the right material thickness, and critical faces are machined flat where gaskets seal. Parts are welded, riveted or screwed into a complete cabinet, with inserts, studs and grounding points installed in the same assembly step. Surfaces are powder coated before final assembly; masking for conductive contact zones is done accurately. Each cabinet is checked for squareness, hole alignment and door or panel fit, and dimensional reports support sample approval.
