Small Plastic Parts (Injection Molded)

TR Manufacturing produces a wide range of small plastic parts by injection molding. Clips, caps, inserts, bushings, connectors and other miniature components are molded daily in our workshop, with part weights from 0.1 g to 200 g. We process ABS, PC, PA6, PA66, POM, PP, TPE and glass-fiber reinforced grades. Food-contact, flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) and UV-stable materials are available on request. Small parts demand stable processes. We control shrinkage and flash with scientific molding parameters, and inspect key dimensions with calipers, plug gauges and CMM. Full dimensional reports are provided with first articles.
