Battery Housing

The battery housing is the structural shell that protects battery cells and modules. We recommend flame-retardant PC/ABS (UL94 V-0) or PP for battery housings, balancing impact strength, heat resistance and cost. Glass-filled grades are available for higher stiffness. Every cavity is checked for dimensions; housings for higher safety levels undergo drop and vibration tests with the customer. Material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance documents are provided.
