Heating Element Housing

Heating element housings must hold dimension under continuous heat while conducting warmth evenly. TR Manufacturing supplies die cast aluminum housings for heaters, regulators and thermal controls. ADC12 with high-temperature compatibility is cast with airflow slots and element seating faces machined flat for thermal contact. Wall thickness is balanced to avoid hot spots and distortion after thermal cycling. Housings are coated with heat-resistant paint (up to 300C service) and verified dimensionally after a bake cycle to prove stability. Threaded terminals and sensor pockets are machined to drawing.
