Sprocket Cover

Sprocket covers shield drive chains and sprockets from dust, debris and accidental contact, and contain lubricant. TR Manufacturing die casting custom covers for motorcycles, machinery and conveyor systems. Die casting allows thin, stiff walls with integrated ribs and mounting bosses, producing a light cover that resists vibration without rattling or cracking. ADC12 aluminum is standard. As-cast, shot-blasted, painted or polished finishes are available; appearance covers can be supplied with cosmetic grade surfaces. Mounting holes and gasket faces are machined for accurate fit; we check mating dimensions against your engine or frame drawings to guarantee assembly. Each batch is checked dimensionally; covers are leak and vibration tested when specified by the application.
