Plastic housings usually ship as assemblies - top and bottom shells combined into one finished unit. TR Manufacturing molds the parts and assembles complete housings. Shells are injection molded with texture, color and clip built in, so assembly needs no extra brackets. Assembled housings are checked for gap and flushness and clip retention. Send your 3D file - we will provide DFM feedback and quote tooling plus assembly as one price.
