Hydraulic pump part

Hydraulic pump parts are often assemblies of several plastic components - housings, bushings, seals and retainers that must work together under pressure. TR Manufacturing molds the plastic parts and assembles complete pump part units in-house. Parts are injection molded in engineering plastics such as POM, PA or PPS, selected for pressure, temperature and hydraulic oil resistance. Critical seats and sealing faces are molded to tight dimensions so no extra machining is needed. Components are assembled with snap fits, press fits, O-rings and screws in dedicated jigs, so clearances and seal compression stay identical across every unit. Assembled units are pressure-tested for leakage and function-checked for smooth movement; test data is recorded by batch.
