A hydraulic valve is only as good as its assembled result - body, spool and seals must work as one leak-free unit. Bodies are plastic; spools which provided by customer matched and lapped to each bore for smooth travel. Spools, seals, springs and fittings are assembled with controlled preloads, and switching feel is adjusted at the bench. Every valve is function-checked for cracking pressure and response; records follow each batch. Send your valve drawing - prototypes and volume batches are both welcome.
