Cabin filters rely on their plastic frame for correct fit and air sealing. TR Manufacturing molds filter frames, end caps and housings for automotive HVAC and air purification applications.

Frames are molded in PP or PA-GF for heat and vibration resistance. Clip features, gasket grooves and cabin filters  are formed directly in the tool, keeping assembly simple on your side.

Mold flow analysis is used to avoid warpage on thin-walled frames, so filter media fits without force. Critical sealing dimensions are held to +/-0.05 mm.

Incoming material and outgoing parts are both inspected; batch dimensional reports available.
