Belt buckle heads are high-visibility parts: the surface finish and edge quality decide how the final product feels in hand. TR Manufacturing produces custom buckle heads for luggage, outdoor gear and fashion brands.

We produce them by  injection molding depending on your design. injection molding versions are polished and plated (nickel, chrome, gunmetal or custom colors); molded versions use ABS or PC with texture and paint finish.

Tooling is made in-house, so dimensional changes during sampling are fast. Draft angles and parting lines are planned upfront to keep decorative surfaces clean.

Every batch is checked for edge sharpness, surface defects and plating adhesion. Dimensional reports are provided with shipments.
